An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a voluntary, work-based program that offers free and confidential assessment, short-term counseling, referrals and follow-up services to employees who have personal and/or work-related problems. Faculty and Staff Wellness Program – Fitness Plus is a health and wellness program for faculty and staff at SF State, with the goal of promoting health and well-being for University employees through a variety of fitness classes.

Well being of school staff members. Greater Good in Education offers free research-based and informed strategies and practices for the social, emotional and ethical development of students, for the well-being of the adults who work with them and for cultivating positive school cultures.

Kaiser Wellness Resources include self-care tools, tips and activities to support a healthy state of mind while navigating life’s changes and challenges.
