Retention, Tenure and Promotion Workshops
The Office of Faculty Affairs and the University Tenure and Promotion Committee (UTPC) invite tenure-track faculty and Associate Professors to participate in one of the following workshops to help prepare for retention, tenure and promotion. Faculty who will be reviewed in the next few years are encouraged to attend.
The workshops are focused on two phases of professional development, but feel free to attend the workshop that best fits your schedule. Please RSVP HERE to receive a link for the workshop of your choice. An invitation link will be sent to your SFSU email address the day before the workshop.

- 9/8 Monday 1:30-3:00pm Focus on promotion to associate professor (co-hosted with UTPC)

Leave with Pay Application On-line Workshop for Faculty
The Office of Faculty Affairs and Professional Development invite faculty preparing applications for a Leave With Pay (LWP) including Sabbaticals (1 semester full pay, and 1 year half-pay) and Difference in Pay leaves (DIPs) to participate in an online Leave With Pay Application workshop on Tuesday, 9/17, 2:00-3:00pm, via zoom. Please RSVP to receive a link. An invitation link will be sent to you before the workshop. Representatives from the University Sabbatical Committee and the Office Faculty Affairs and Professional Development will lead the workshop. The session will be recorded and made available for all those who are unable to attend.
