Call for Authored Books, Creative Works & Professional Accomplishments: 2018 SF State Faculty Retreat

Please use this form to submit any recent books, creative works, or professional achievements you have authored or completed in the past year so you can be recognized at the closing reception.

The retreat will take place on campus on Thursday, January 18th at the J. Paul Leonard Library. As always, all lecturers, tenured/tenure-track faculty, and administrators are welcome and encouraged to participate in all events.

Book Author & Creative Works Recognition

If you published a book in 2016-17, or completed a major creative work that came out in in the last two years (CD, film, design, music composition, etc.), please submit your information to be part of this celebratory closing reception.

Provide full citation information.
Provide a short (~300 words) abstract or description of your book or creative work.
Professional Achievement Recognition

Help us recognize the diversity of faculty research, creative work, and community engagement. Does your research include articles, grants, community work, or other projects outside the book or the opus? Please consider submitting any article or other research or creative project within  the last two years.
